Objective:To study the effect and safety of treating submucous myoma by hysteroscope electrotomy.

Methods 75 cases of laryngeal mass were underwent the electrotomy with micro-pedestal laryngoscope.The follow-up was taken 3 month to 2.5 years.

法在显微支撑喉镜下经电切术对75例喉部占位病人行手术治,术后随访3个月~2.5年。
