Recently some Brachiopoda, coral, gastropoda, phytolite is identified by Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology China Academy of Sciences.The age belongs to Late Carboniferous epoch.

在该地现了一些腕足类、珊瑚、腹足类、植物化石，经国科学院南京地质古物研究所鉴定，时代属晚石炭世晚期。
