1.Objective To discuss the CT manifestation of retroperitoneal malignant mesenchymoma .

2.The patient underwent ALIF via a retroperitoneal approach and posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation at L4–5 (Fig. 1).

患腹膜后径路接受了L4-5ALIF，并由经皮椎弓定。

3.Results Radical orchidectomy with high ligation of the spermatic cord and ipsilateral hemiscrotectomy and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection were undertaken for 3 cases.

结果3例均行根治性睾丸切除+同切除+腹膜后淋巴清扫术。
